Our Pnuetek Pressure & Leak Testing Machine is state of the art testing equipment. We have also invested in a second testing machine to increase our capacity in this area.

Presco follows extensive testing procedures for all it's clients, and for some all radiator caps are 100% pressure and leak tested.

Using these machines Presco is able to provide the customer with detailed testing results so they may be confident that the supplied product is of perfect quality. A digital readout means there is no ambiguity about pass and fail rates.

It is the policy of Presco Radiator Caps to manufacture in accordance to a specification agreed between the customer and ourselves.

We are dedicated to giving customers confidence in both the product and service we provide. In order to do this we will declare objectives for delivery performance of 95% and First Time Production Targets of 99%. This will be achieved through continued improvement and investment in new technology, machinery, training and at all times following the policies set down in our Quality Manual and the associated procedures in our Procedures Manual.
